Documentary on our relationship to food and eating

I am developing a documentary for television about eating for Channel 4. If you would like the opportunity to talk for yourself about your relationship with food and eating, please get in touch. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts about food, your eating habits, weight gain and the impact this may have had on your life.   Ideally we’d like to speak to someone who is at the beginning of a weight loss journey and is perhaps considering surgery.

We want to make a film from the perspective of the people we feature, rather than another film with medical experts or commentators speaking on your behalf. Besides being an opportunity for you to talk for yourself we’re really keen to debunk some of the stereotypes regarding eating and obesity and are keen to make a sensitive film which humanises these issues.

At this stage it would be great to have a chat over the phone for research purposes - all conversations will be confidential and there will no obligation to take part in any filming unless you wanted to. I’d be really interested in hearing from you so if you want to share your story please do get in touch -  please call Rachel on 0207 378 6106 or email Rachel.Williams@centuryfilmsltd.com.
